Hotel was great. Breakfast was good. Only reason I didn't give 4 stars was because most of the time we were there we couldn't find a front desk person. They were most often in the room behind the counter with the door closed.
A very comfortable and (at least on our night) a quiet hotel. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub boiling hot. The breakfast manager was very accommodating and friendly. A good location if you want to get out of the mass of all the resorts, and prefer something north of the city. Very close to Florida Hospital and some urgent care centers as well. Rooms were clean and updated, nice Office Center in the suite.
It was a very standard stay. I got there checked in and went to my room. At night I needed some extra covers and pillows for the people I was with. So I went to the front desk to ask. The women working was very nice and gave me everything that I needed. Also, breakfast was good I loved that they had bacon. Some hotels I've been too don't serve bacon for breakfast.
Great mix of location, price, and comfort. Marriott property is well staffed and apportioned. Beds are comfy and feature pillows of varying density. Breakfast is ample, though cramped for space, and changes enough to not be boring over a week long stay. Indoor swimming pool and exercise room were also nice, but equally small. Check in was pleasant, as was all staff we encountered. We found one issue with pests and where corners were cut in bathroom maintenance, but overall, would stay here again.
Basic, no frills. Needs some updating but the room and bedding was clean. Sofa bed was stained and dirty, needs to be replaced. Breakfast was pretty good except the coffee and could've been even better with some fruit.
