We decided to extend our visit to overnight. We weren't sure if we were going to find accommodations on such short notice. But we did and our stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rate was affordable. Thank you Extended Stay America for a memorable visit!
Don't stay at any cost. They say they serve breakfast but u get granola bars and coffee. The bathroom tub was cracked. There is no house cleaning if you want clean towels you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk for new ones. You even have to take your own trash out. Tiny roaches every where. If there was zero star I would have given that.
Quiet and clean, took my dog with no problem. They don't allow pits or rotwillers though so be aware of that if you own one (I didn't see that on the website personally). There was some mold around our window frame but the room didn't feel too damp. Very nicely renovated and pretty clean!
Stayed during Hurricane Matthew. Very pet friendly, dog were everywhere. Staff was cheerful, helpful, and very accommodating during the crisis. They did their best during our time there. We had two adults, two boys, and two medium dogs. Paid the pet premium, but that is to be expected everywhere. Yes, we would go there again.
Got to my room and it was fine, until I went to lay dowm in my bed and there was long strand of black hair in the bed, crumbs, and period stains where I was going to lay my head. I was entirely disgusted about it. I went to the front desk to have my room switched and they had only one other room that house keeping didn't even close when they were finished and was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelt as if someone just smoked a cigarette in it. They finally switch me into a decent room. They were going to transfer me back into my room once it was cleaned but when I got to check my actual room from the start it was the same things on the bed. I let them know and now they are telling me it can take hours to wash and dry the sheets. This is honestly not acceptable. I am not pleased at all with this. The people here are nice but someone is not doing there job. Prior to me checking in I heard a women at the front desk with the same problem with her sheets being dirty and tub had hair in it and it was wet like someone just bathed in it. Hotel is nice but housekeeping is not doing there job and are messy. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.
