Corey, the salesperson made the difference. She explained things about manufacture techniques, special lifts, different fabrics, she was the difference between us making the purchase or going to a different store. Prices ranged, but I eventually found a recliner that was just what I wanted, and cheaper than any others. Great experience.
This company has SEVERELY gone down since the past. My whole family has always bought La-Z-Boy because they stand behind what they sell and sell quality. That is no longer the case. I bought a chair and recliner at this location for about $1900 and got delivery in August 2016. Shortly after, around October 2016, the armrest all but broke off the couch. Aggravated, I called and they can to repair it. The past few months I have noticed some discomfort from the armrest and notice that there is a sharp block of wood protruding from the side. So I called La-Z-Boy back and they tell me it will be $150 to repair. After spending close to $2000 I should not have to shoulder another $150 because they have terrible quality. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT BUY HERE. You’ll thank me later!
Sale man was very helpful. I'm short, my husband is tall and broad shoulders. We wanted matching chairs. Reuben was able to help us find a recliner that fits us both. Huge selection.
Chris did a great job. He did not try to sell me on any particular recliner. Each one I looked at he discribed the item and why it was a good choice. Very knowledgeable, it was clear he knew the products and easily discribed them making it easy for me to make a decision, he was friendly and even took it in stride when I changed my mind about the fabric so I could take an instock item. This is my 3rd lazy boy purchase. I love the products and your sales staff is easy to work with as they are never pushy or rush you to make a decision.
Rod was extremely helpful in assisting us with a last minute purchase as we had to unexpectedly purchase new living room furniture before a party at our home. He had to make sure that the items he showed us he could have delivered by our date. Additionally, since my mother was purchasing a recliner, she wanted one with massage and heat. Rod showed her the difference between this option and the lumbar / neck, which was the better option for her as she has back and neck problems. Plus the added issue of her being only 4'9" finding a chair that fit her and was in stock. Rod went out of his way to move the perfect chair around the store so we could see it with several different sofas to match color and options. He was outstanding!
