Not impressed anymore. Need updating.
Small selections. Salesman was too pushy. Prices were marked as discounted but much higher than local competitors. They had mostly bedroom furniture and not a huge selection of living room things we were looking for.
My son's bedroom set is in pieces, and he's been having to sleep on a mattress on the floor in his new home.
I was delivered a piece of furniture without all the pieces needed to build it. I was told to contact my sales representative to reschedule a new delivery. It has been three days of back and forth between me and representatives at the store, and I still don't have a delivery date.
The furniture is of great quality, and their customer service is great throughout the purchasing process. However, that's where their great service ends.
Beware any challenges with your furniture on delivery!! Would urge you to go to another retailer with similar quality furniture. A $9000 sale wasn't enough for them to stay on top of delivery issues, due to their mistakes.
Nice set up. Too expensive for me. People were very friendly.
