No stars but it would not let me do that. Love the style of the furniture - I did purchase it on clearance, moved it around in the store so that I could plug up each piece to check it out. When they delivered it - plugged it in and tried out each piece again, great no problem. Until about two days later, the top section of a piece started to peel like a piece of plastic that you peel from a piece of glass. Now we contacted the store more than once and all we get it "it was on clearance and we can't do anything about that" - my husband wrote a review and they responded "we want you satisfied". I have email twice so that we can work on getting this piece replaced or repaired. NOTHING. I have been a customer for 15 + years and I AM NOT SATISFIED!!!! Wish I could have posted a picture. If i take the time to move the furniture in the store to plug it up - don't you think I would have noticed the stickiness of the the back piece? I actually think this was not the set in the store!!!
Great affordable furniture. Sales reps are helpful and do not follow you or push furniture on you. Recommend Mark, he's awesome
I called this evening to ask if they carried a particular coffee table in stock. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I get transferred to someone in sales and ask them. I ask if they have it in stock so I can look at it instead of just online. The sales guy is just like "don't carry it. Come Tuesday or Thursday to get it from the warehouse." I would rather pay extra money at Crate & Barrel and get treated well, as opposed to dealing with this kind of mediocre customer service. And mediocre is putting it lightly. Never have shopped here, never will.
I ignored the negative reviews and am very sorry for that. Once it delivered your out of luck if there’s a problem. If you listen to one thing my, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THiS COMPANY.
Very disappointing experience. Long story short, purchase a dining set after hours of looking, the delivery did not happen as agreed, we were not properly contacted, later found out we had to wait an additional month and a half for the furniture. Worst part, one piece of the dinning set was given away to a different customer so our set is now incomplete and it has been discontinued. Very unprofessional store with no regard of customer’s time and made no efforts at ALL to justify anything or to remedy the situation. Wish i could grade them Zero. Save yourself the inconvenience, where there is one furniture store, there will always be more close by.
