We had such a great experience at the Altamonte Springs store. Jonathan was so helpful but not pushy at all. He made sure we got the best deal possible. We highly recommend this store if you are in the market for new furniture!
This was our first time coming into Ashley's, we we're greeted by Nancy she explained everything about the store. We started looking around and Nancy would check with us periodically, to see if we had any questions or needed any help. We found something that we liked, but we left to go check out other stores in the area. After a lot of searching we ended up coming back to Ashley's and asked for Nancy, she was great she checked the online prices and one of our pieces was on sale and the other had a manager special on it. We did so well we we're able to get some accessories that was on display, that tied it all together for a nice package. Overall we got a good deal, spending about 40% less than we expected. We can't wait for delivery which is only 4 days out, which is also nice. Thank you Nancy for being so nice and caring and not over bearing!
Theo and James at the Altamonte Springs store were so easy to work with! They left us to browse the store and then were readily available when we were ready to compare prices and ask questions. Great experience as usual with this Ashley’s store! We wouldn’t shop for furniture anywhere else.
