My fiance and I have been looking for the perfect rings and when I walked into Zale's on Friday, I found my perfect fit!! We went back on Saturday and the same woman, Alma, was helping us. She was so kind and courteous and helped as much as she possibly could. We left the store very happy and satisfied with our service. My fiance's ring was the perfect size; however, mine needed to get sized down. We are scheduled to retrieve it on Monday, the 30th! I highly anticipate receiving my beautiful ring!!

The staff were very helpful and courteous when I needed to exchange an item and make an online sale. However, be aware that any online purchase takes up to *10 BUSINESS days* to SHIP - not to arrive. So unless you want to pay extra for express shipment, you'll be waiting a while to get something in the mail from them.
