small store now that they moved locations from the middle of the mall and it looks a little bit cramped. I love their selection and they are always so sweet and helpful to everyone in the store. Whenever you see something online or in the catalog but can't find it in the store, just ask they will most likely have it in the back because of the short space. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices, well they are outrageous. It's super over priced for the quality of the fabric and the clothes shrink if you wash them on anything other than cold and dry them on lights (which sucks for my other clothes). Another reason for the missed star is because they are so small now that they moved, they have less work out gear than they did at the other location in that mall and that's the main reason I go to Torrid is to buy that stuff.
Much better store here compared to the one at the Florida Mall. A greater selection of clothes and styles available. Only downside is the fitting rooms seem to have a queue and at least two of the fitting rooms contain shop props instead of being empty for use.
Great staff, I wish the dressing rooms were as nice as the one in the Florida mall. I will go out of my way to go there! However, wonderful and helpful staff, great clothes!
I love this store! This particular Torrid is a little small, but the customer service you receive definitely makes up for that. They still have a nice selection of clothing to choose from. The clothes are fashionable and fit true to size (with wiggle room). I am always happy with what I've chosen to buy.
