I love payless shoes! The service is always amazing. I once had a worker saw me try on shoes that I liked and saw me admire them and put them back and she said we have them in different colors. I get a lot of my flats here. I have a small foot. I'm a 5 to 5 1/2 and they carry a variety in those sizes plus i'm a little girl's 3 1/2 so I know if I don't find anything in the women's i still have hope because i can go to the girl's section. The comfort level of the shoes are great but they wear out quickly. This place is a staple in my fashion statements and i get a lot of compliments on my shoes!
So there's a lady come from my back take my I phone hits me on my lips, slapped me and my shoulder ( saying I am the mother of that cashier do not take pictures of my daughter)
As Thursday I want to the store , cashier charge me $39 instead give me $20 credits for returning shoe
I was shocked inside that store that happened and no justice responded from police or security.

That store not safely after what happened today .
I was showing her on my phone app that I did not get the credit back to my account.
The worried things is no mangers around and the camera is not working.
