Ordered online only to get there and find order wasn't ready and had to wait for 15 minutes awkwardly with 3 other pick ups. Get to my car with order on to realize they didn't put chips i ordered or a fork in my bag. Food quality was good, but don't see the point of ordering to pick up here again. Tacked a needless 20 minutes to grabbing a work lunch.
I placed an order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and still had to wait in line with everyone else for 15 more minutes. Finally got home with my food and realized both orders were wrong. One had white rice instead of brown plus added onions and peppers I did not ask for. The second had white rice as well instead of half and half and was missing the salsa. Called the store and they said to come right in and they'll fix it but when I got there I had to wait in line with everyone else (again) for 15 MORE minutes. The food was amazing (once it was done right) but I wasted almost an hour of my time before I actually got to enjoy it. What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in the store like everyone else? Especially if it's going to be wrong. Will not be returning to this location.
Typical Chipotle quality food and friendly staff. The parking lot is pretty awful during peak times, but I've never had a negative experience with the restaurant itself.
There was THREE hairs on my burrito. THREE HUMAN HAIRS IN MY BURRITO. They weren't even all from the same person. It was disgusting. The food before I found out there was hairs was okay. None of it was hot and it was lacking a little bit of flavour. Severely disappointed in my first visit to any Chipotle. Waste of money at this store. Maybe another is better? I don't know.
They’re always quick to serve you and the food is always fresh, never had a problem :)
