I order the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and the sauce was horrible possibly too much whip. The Manager Rich came over to suggest a replacement item, but I declined. He then offered to cook the dish for me which he did & the Chicken Alfredo was excellent! I was very pleased with the quality of customer service provided by the server and manager.I would return to this location.
We eat here at less 1 to twice a month. Their specials monthly are great. I can always find something to eat on my diet. The management is friendly and u can always see them around and talking to customers. Servers are helpful when u want to substrate or substitute an item on ur order.
I had my wedding catered by them last night. I bought $1000 worth of food. My family went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready. They had no chafer pans to keep the food warm like they said they would. They also didn’t help my aunt take the food out to the car. Customer service sucked so bad. Do not go to this Olive Garden for any catering needs.
Josh is the best server. Never ending pasta bowl is wonderful. The creamy mushroom sauce could have been better, but the others didn't disappoint!
The food was very good. I also ordered a mango margarita double shot well I hate to say there was no alcohol in the margarita. When I approached the waiter about it she stated really so I then proceeded to order another shot. an hour later I ordered another margarita double shot at that time when I tasted it it had no alcohol now I was pissed I told the waiter there's no alcohol in the margarita she said really there is. I said well I'm not an alcoholic and I do have a drink occasionally and I know when a drink has alcohol in it I really would like if you would taste this. She then stated she was pregnant and she could not taste it she did suggest she was going to get the manager to taste it. When she came back to the table she came back with a shot of Patron and said the manager said it was on the house. At this point I was offended that the manager didn't even bother to come to the table. when you purchase a margarita it's supposed to have liquor in it and these Margaritas did not have any liquor which I was charged for two and a shot. If I wanted to drink margarita mix I could have gone to Winn-Dixie and picked it up myself. Very disappointed because Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant I just recently moved here from New York and I have a bad taste in my mouth. I sat there waiting to see if the manager showed up she never or he never came to my table doesn't say much for management.
