Visited Rockler for the first time a few days ago looking for help to replace a broken bifold corner cabinet hinge. Turns out it was an older non-standard and tough to find piece of hardware. I was helped by three different Rockler employees that refused to give up. They basically searched their huge inventory trying to match the hinge for over an hour and finally they were able to find a match that worked perfectly. Stopped into Rockler while we were vacationing in Central Florida. I can't begin to tell you how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. It just happened to be Demo Day, so we got an extra treat listening in on a few classes. Joshua and Bob were so helpful and just plain down to earth. If you're in need of any advice on woodworking this is the place to go.
