Customer service is dead. I love personality. I cannot relate to attitude. I hope that others were treated better than I was.
I was lied to and told that my multiple packages would be scanned in and I was told to go ahead and go and they would scan them in. I asked can I trust him and I was told yes. Items were not scanned in which could cause me a issue with my business and unhappy customers thinking that I caused delayed shipping. Furthermore there is only 1 pleasant staff member at this location and she has been the only one who has not acted annoyed by me coming in and asking for services. I will be contacting cooperate and leadership as I think higher or government employees as they have always treated me with kindness and respect as I do to others.
Super slow service. One person at the counter. Never see anyone else there.
