I use to like this laundromat. Been going here for years off and on. The owner is nice but his wife is very disrespectful. The rare times I encountered this woman she has been rude. My visit today was my last visit to this laundromat. After starting four loads of clothes and spending my money. I asked the wife to use the restroom and she looks me up and down and questioned me as to rather or not I was paying to wash clothes. She has always had an ugly attitude but never this disrespectful. I asked if I looked like a bum of some sort. I left and used McDonald's restroom. When I returned the wife was leaving and she yelled out from her car more disrespectful comments. When I entered back into the laundromat the husband apologized for her behavior but it's not enough. I will not spend my money with businesses that don't respect my dollar. I suggest that the owners wife gets off her high horse and take a look in the mirror because your just as brown as me. I love myself and she needs to learn to do the same.
Very nice owners! Really lovely and kind. But the place is somewhat funky. They probably would have to raise prices in order to properly clean and renovate. I wish it looked a little more sanitary overall. :/
Me and my Mom came in for the first time and I was very pleased. Prices were reasonable and the dryers get super hot. Will definitely return
I am new to the altimonte area so instead of going across town to the west side to my usual laundrymat I decided to use this one instead. When I got there I started to put my clothes in the washer before I was even finished the man comes over to me and tells me I need to hurry up start the washer so that other people can use it I wasn'teven finished putting all my clothes in. So then I looked at another washer n ask if it worked he told me yes but then I realized the handle doesnt clinch in the door shaft like it should. I had to take my clothes out n find somewhere else to put them. Then he came n apologized to me for rushing me and I told him its okay. I was cool about it because I had already determined this was going to be the first and last time I used their laundry. I will rather take the drive across town to the laundry I been going to for years.
