Came in to apply for a job. Was hired on the spot. She wants to only pay designers minimum wage. She also is a micro manager who is belittling to her employees. Her cooler is full of deal product. I was embarrassed to send out the arrangements I did because of how awful the flowers were.
Absolutely horrible! Do not use them. Called in my order a couple days before and told them I would be in to pick them up between 5 and 5:30 on 2/14. I show up around 5:30 and its so unorganized, they don't have my order ready and are searching for my order (while 3 other people are there asking why their orders didn't get delivered). I show them a picture of what I ordered and she says she can take some other arrangement and make it from that (something that was just sitting on the counter). So I go along with it to see what I'm going to end up getting. She comes back and starts making the arrangement and is using the wrong colors so I tell her that its not right and she gets an attitude telling me that what she has available. So they took my order knowing that they didn't have the flowers to make the correct arrangement! Her attitude and saying "I'm trying to help you out" was so unprofessional. I got frustrated and walked out on them. Very unorganized and poor customer service. No way will I ever recommend them to anyone!
I have used this florist a few times for same day delivery and they have never disappointed! Their fees seem lower than most, too. Well worth a try and they have a large delivery area, too.
