Went 2 days in a row and both times, I was impressed by the staff - very friendly and professional.
Great selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and home goods. They even have an Aveda salon upstairs!
Jay is a horrible seller, very snotty and rude to his customers .
Awesome store with a great selection of men's clothing and shoes. I bought a pair of Ecco shoes thanks to the recommendation from the associate JD and also realized there is a salon inside the store as well! I met a staff member from the salon and will be coming back for a haircut from Christine (CiCi?) because I hear she does great mens cuts. Thanks Dullards!
I was just looking at clothes and was about to buy a Kate spade phone case and other phone accessories when this employee who was a white woman probably in her 20s-30s literally were following us from like 5 feet apart. She legit followed us where ever we would walk and stared at us. So I decided to just sit so she would leave me alone. SUPRISE she did not leave me alone and kept staring at my friend. Like I am literally sitting right in front of the cashier, I was going to buy it but she made me so mad that I just got up and left. I literally was in the store for less than 5 minutes. I am never going back to Dillard's, buying from them or supporting their stores ever again. Profiling me and my friend when we did nothing.
