Paid almost $100 for full interior detailing on our car we had just gotten used from a dealership... got home to find out they had not lifted any of the mats to vacuum, and not cleaned the back row at all. The leather seats appeared to have been lightly wiped down with a damp rag at best. Poorest job I've ever seen. I came all the time when this place was shiners and never had an issue! We'll NOT be back.
Looked this place up and saw they closed at 6pm so I went around 5:15pm. I got there and since it was my first time there I asked one of the guys where to go and he was like sure what are you looking to get done so I tell him the full service and he was a little confused so he asked his coworker who she came up and was like sorry we are closing early today and I was like omg, I need the car detailed and the guy was looked at her and he was like we can do this real quick and she was like sorry I wouldn’t want to get yelled at by my manager plus we had a really busy day with a snotty attitude. So of course I left and went to another car wash that did close at 6 like stated.
Haven't been here for a while and very happy to see that David is still working. He is simply the best and misses nothing. The man who greated me was extremely pleasant and made the experience top notch from the start. They have streamlined things and it makes more sense now. Nice addition of massage chairs in the waiting room, too. Highly recommend.
Staff here pays attention to detail and they go around with you to make sure everything is good.
Maurice was awesome! Parked my car under a tree just to walk back being greeted by a few frogs, lizards etc. I'm terrified and decided the best bet was to get my car washed to rid of these nasty little critters. We joked but he handled my situation in a shock timeframe, recommended your best service and had my car critter free and sparkling in no time! Thanks for turning my stress into a relaxed experience you guys are great ! Definitely recommend ☺
