Then, i went back because my motor mounts failed me. They fixed them and charged an extortionary price of like $750, and after that they said my Radiator had a leak and they would have to fix that for another $300 and also do a custom repair of my motor mounts for like 650-700. Well guess what, NOTHING WRONG WITH MY RADIATOR - i even went back and they admitted there was nothing wrong with the radiator - so why the hell did you want me to pay you over $300 to fix it?! Because they don't care for customers at all.
Extortionary Prices and Made Up Problems
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. Geoff was really pleasant and helpful, communicated very well. Technician made excellent repairs. Quoted additional work but did NOT pressure me into it. They just earned a repeat customer.
Zembowers was my auto center for a while because I was getting a "discount" through Costco. I paid $400 for a windshield wiper motor repair, then when it broke again a week later instead of fixing their mistake they said it would be another $400 for my windshield wiper transmission. SO TELL ME THAT THE FIRST TIME IDIOTS.
Thankfully i didnt do any repairs past the 750, and found someone to do the custom weld for my motor mounts for a fraction of the price they quoted. 1-5 stars is too nice, i'd give 0 if i could and definitely went ahead and reported them to the BBB.
Don't bring your diesel truck their, brought my truck their for a fuel problem $1800 later they could not find the problem, they just wanted to change more parts and guess at it. I"ll just leave it at that. Save your money with this useless shop. thieves.
Quick update: stand by everything i said in this review, and the $800 i paid on repairing my windshield wipers was a complete waste because theyve already stopped working less than a year later. Oh also HEY GUYS MY RADIATOR IS STILL WORKING PERFECTLY FINE!!! Remember when you said that I'd have to put new fluid in every single day? I have only replaced my radiator fluid ONE time since you gave me that expert bit of advice.
This place use to be okay but now with a change of some kind they are over charging for everything. 300 dollars later for just a look over and a new battery.....should have only spent 150 at Wal-Mart for a nice battery not gouged by this mechanic shop.... now I have to get a loan for my bills....thanks for nothing....
Spoke with Geoff over the phone about pressing bushings in for an older car restoration. When I came to pick up the parts, he informed me the work was 3x the amount he had originally thought, but he stuck with his original quote. That's what integrity is. Did a fabulous job on the bushings, too.
