Went to buy some tea from here for the first time, and the employees were so sweet, they helped me around and gave me lots of teas to try before I could pick one that I trully liked.

Went to buy a gift set I saw online. Lady asked what I was looking for and when I showed her she told me that it was not sold in stores and it was an online exclusive. I showed her on the website where one said that but the one I wanted didn't. It was $27 and she offered to build it individually and said that the tea maker was $35. Again I showed that on their website it was $20 and I asked if she could price match the items. She told me that she couldn't because there is no sku number for the items. I showed her the item number and asked if he could use that. She again told me no. How does a company offer deals online but in stores they dont. This is bait and switch or false advertising. Shame on you and your scamming employees.
Really neat place to find random tea's and tea sets. Not the cheapest, but its quality stuff. Staff knows so much about the products that I was worried they were making it up but low and behold, its just massive amounts of caring about the product!
Was offered a sample of tea with white chocolate in it. Asked multiple times if the tea was dairy free. Was assured multiple times that it was. Because I have trust issues, I grabbed a cannister and looked at the ingredients. It contained milk. Very glad I checked, but I'm not sure how many others who avoid dairy for ethical, health or allergy reasons have been lied to
